These terms and conditions apply to all activities via e-Boks AB User Support when using the chat function, submitting an enquiry or setting up a profile, and when setting up a profile to use for all future support.
Processing of personal data:
All personal data collected by e-Boks AB User Support is processed according to e-Boks ABs' Privacy Policy https://www.e-boks.com/sverige/en/privacy/ and Cookie Policy https://www.e-boks.com/sverige/en/cookies/
About e-Boks AB User Support:
e-Boks AB User Support allows you to communicate with a support team able to provide assistance for a large number of issues and enquiries.
Deletion:
If you want either correspondence or your profile with e-Boks AB User Support deleted, please contact us. Requests for deletion must be sent to User Support using the contact form at e-boks.se.
Inactivity:
If a profile is inactive for more than 5 years, all correspondence and the profile will be deleted automatically.
Suspected abuse:
If you notice or are suspicious of irregularities or abuse of your access to e-Boks AB User Support, change your password immediately and inform e-Boks AB.
Submission of personal data:
Never enter any of your personal details anywhere except in the appropriate boxes on the form. If you enter details such as your SSN (social security number) in subject or description fields or in the chat function, your enquiry will be automatically deleted and will not be answered.
You will receive a response to your enquiries to e-Boks AB User Support via email. When answering emails from us, do not enter any personal details. Your personal details can only be submitted when requested by User Support.
Using the chat function:
If you use User Support's chat function, never enter any personal details. Enquiries that require the entering of personal details must be submitted via the contact form to User Support.
Limitation of liability:
You bear all liability for any information you send to e-Boks AB via e-Boks AB User Support. e-Boks AB cannot be held liable for loss as a result of unauthorised use, e.g. if you have allowed anyone else access to your profile at e-Boks AB User Support, or if you fail to inform e-Boks AB of irregularities or abuse or suspicion of the same.
Amendments to the terms and conditions:
e-Boks AB can amend and update the terms and conditions via announcement on https://privatsupport.e-boks.se/hc/en-us. The latest terms and conditions will always be on e-Boks’ website. In the event of major amendments or restrictions, you will be notified individually via e-Boks AB with at least one month's notice.
Rights:
All material in e-Boks AB, e.g. names, logos, trade marks, graphics, text, icons, images, software etc., belong to e-Boks AB and its associates and is protected by the Trade Mark Protection Act, Copyright Act and Sale of Goods Act.
Jurisdiction and court of venue:
Disputes concerning e-Boks AB User Support shall be settled according to Swedish law at the Swedish courts.
